Hi, I'm Alice - the Founder of Solstice Spirituality!


I've been using holistic healing techniques and herbalism for my own healing for about 8 years, and have been living a spiritual life for more than 12 years.
Having felt the healing power of nature and benefits of herbalism when managing my own health and wellbeing, I now want to promote the benefits of living a more spiritual, holistic lifestyle to others.
I have experienced what suppressed emotions and complex trauma can do to your health - and now see the importance of using therapeutic techniques and spiritual practices for my mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
