My interest in nature-based spirituality and holistic healing practices began when I was diagnosed with some chronic health conditions in my mid 20s due to negative past experiences in the workplace and relationships, and through my own healing I've learnt that having a deeper connection with nature and spirituality has helped improve not only my wellbeing but has also enhanced my personal growth and self-discovery.
Having been introduced to crystals as a child and later coming across a set of Norse runes in my late teens, I knew early on that this was the path for me. In 2024 I had a spiritual awakening after meeting a short-lived catalyst connection which led to major transformation and inner work, and in 2025 I finally understood why I've always been drawn to nature, the mountains, and Celtic & Norse spirituality - because it was always in my soul.
So in 2025, I created Solstice Spirituality.
